Today, improving school leadership ranks high on the list of priorities for school reform. In a detailed survey, school and district administrators, policymakers and others declared principal leadership among the most pressing matters on a list of issues in public school education. Teacher quality stood above everything else, but principal leadership came next, outstripping matters including dropout rates, STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education, student testing, and preparation for college and careers.1 Meanwhile, education experts, through the updated,  have defined key aspects of leadership to guide policy.

we hope to create an atmosphere of reverence for education and a healthy environment where work, sports and co-curricular activities will mold our students and spur them on to be the brightest and the best. In order to do this, the parents and the school authorities must work together to inculcate certain values in the students. Respect for one’s elders, especially the teachers and a commitment to discipline are engraved in Indian culture.

Let us inculcate these ideals in our younger generation. A student who has respect for the teacher will be more receptive to authority and to learning. This will enable him/her to get the best out of the school.

A student who is taught discipline will learn the power of self-control. To be successful, we need self-discipline, which teaches us to sacrifice individual interest in favor of group interest.

Just as a machine comes with a prescribed manual for its correct use, we want you to use the guidelines set at our school to get the best out of your children. The parents and school authorities together can instil proper discipline and basic values in the children while preparing them academically for their future. We are sure that our students of yesterday, today and tomorrow will carry forward the motto of love and unity entrusted in their hands. We hope that they will always do well in their studies and keep up the high values they have learnt with all my love, best wishes and blessings to our dear children!
